Brand Tasmania has and continues to be progressively
undermined and destroyed by a highly industrialised, rapacious,
low employing, low value adding, massive resource extracting
and highly subsidised Forestry Industry.
The future for Tasmania should be underwritten by excellence,
high value adding, high employing and low resource extraction.
Communities throughout Tasmania are having their landscapes
systematically decimated and converted to the dull monotony
of endless plantations and mono-culture re-growth, their water
catchments poisoned and contaminated, and their quality of life
and livelyhoods destroyed in the place where they live.
